Maybe you will call me “sick,” but I am one of those people who love going to the dentist. I love the smell of the fluoride rinse, and I love that squeaky clean feeling you have as you walk out of the office. I cannot help but notice my smile is a little bigger on those appointment days, and, since smiling is infectious, everyone else seems to be in a better mood as well.

Since I love having a great smile, I am thinking about different ways to make it even better. So now I find myself searching for a cosmetic dentist in Boston, Massachusetts, where I live. There are so many things that a cosmetic dentist can do, that my list of “to dos” seems to be growing, even though I really do like my smile the way it is.

The first thing that I am looking at is replacing those old metal fillings that I received when I was younger. I do not even know if they do those any more, but for the couple of the ones I have, it would be nice to replace them with tooth colored fillings. This seems to be a relatively easy step that any dentist in Boston should be able to do, but it might also be my “in” with a new cosmetic dentist.

Another thing that I am looking for in a cosmetic dentist is the ability to give me porcelain veneers. I would like to have veneers created for my front teeth to give that perfect uniform look up front. While I know that a little bit of character is nice, I would like my new cosmetic dentist in Boston to be able to tell me a little bit more about veneers while I am updating my smile.

Other things that I know a cosmetic dentist in Boston, Massachusetts, or where ever, can also do the following: dental implants, or porcelain crowns, or even dentures. I know I do not need these services now, but if I get in to a great cosmetic dentist now, when the time comes, I will be more than happy to use him or her for these services as well.

It is also imperative that you put your best foot forward. In this case, your best smile will do. It will be amazing what a difference a good smile can make to your day, as well as for those around you.
